Assalamu Alaikum Dears,
In reference to my meetings with our Leader Beckhan Saiew, please find below answers regarding your inquiries about CYCC.
What brings you to CYCC?
By meeting Chechen youth around the world, I discussed the idea with them and the first meeting started in Belgium.
What motivates you to stay at CYCC?
Because I feel good when I do good and benefit my people by this organization and because of being surrounded by the incredible and amazing members inside CYCC
How do you see the CYCC organization over the next five years?
I see it making much more accomplishments and getting bigger.
What was the big challenge in the CYCC?
Having unserious members in the past inside the organization
Changing the mentality of some members who were against allowing girls in CYCC as members.

What is one decision you wish you didn’t make?
I try to make decisions that I will not regret later, but it can happen to anyone. One of the regrets is allowing in some members (past members not current ones) but I’m not regretting kicking them out!
What qualities are lacking among today’s leaders?
Leadership and teamwork
Where do you CYCC in ten years from now?
having an official department in each ambassador’s country
